Our Story:
We started as four models hailing from four different cities. Joined by a common profession, we became closer with each show and each shoot. The fast pace of the fashion world combined with the craziness of life in Los Angeles started giving us the desire to strengthen our friendships in a relaxing positive way.
We decided to paint together one evening. We uncovered our ability to creatively express ourselves, and everything that we have gathered from our life experiences, while leaving ourselves with a tangible product of the process. We decided that whatever it was that we experienced that night, (relaxation, creativity, friendship, trust) was now necessary to keep our sanity in the hectic world of fashion. We wanted to share the experience, so time was set-aside weekly for Art Night.
Now, Feed a Model has given us an excuse to chill out, and play! To let our creativity flow, without restrictions and guidelines as there are on a job, and in life. We feel a sense of power in learning to create, thrive, trust, and develop new skills, and we want to inspire others to follow suit!
Our Hope for You:
We want to inspire you! We want to inspire you to tap into everything that you know and feel, and turn it into art. We want you to spread the word, and have the same beautiful experience with your friends and loved ones as we do every time we paint together.
We also want you to buy our art! We're "hungry" and have expenses, after all, and despite what you've heard, models need to eat too!!
